Raspberry & Vanilla Dark Chocolate
Ocelot certainly are an interesting pair, a married couple based in Leith, Edinburgh- with a flair for design and unconventional takes on classic flavours. Raspberry and vanilla are usually paired with white chocolate to make a sweet and sugary bar, but in this bar the rich dark chocolate gives the raspberry and tangy and vibrant flavour. It's not too sweet, just softened by aromatic vanilla undertones. Our tiger tasters are besotted with this romantic bar!
